At Crowned by Des, every appointment is designed to deliver a luxury, professional experience. These policies ensure fairness, protect your appointment time, and help every client receive the highest level of care.
Booking & Payment Policies
Deposit Fee
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final service total.
If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
If Crowned by Des cancels your appointment for any reason, your deposit and any additional payments made in advance will be fully refunded.
Non-Refundable Terms
Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellations or no-shows result in the forfeiture of the deposit amount.
Balance Due
Remaining balances are due at the completion of your appointment.
Appointment Guidelines
We respect your time and ask for the same. Cancellations made prior to appointment will result in a forfeit of the security deposit. If appointment is canceled due to stylist availability, deposit and other fees paid will be fully refunded.
Cancellations
Late Arrivals
To maintain our luxury standards for all clients, a 15-minute grace period is provided. Beyond this window, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled at the loctician's discretion.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment once using the same deposit, provided notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment will require a new deposit.
Children Policy
For safety and to provide every client with a luxury experience, children are not permitted during appointments unless they are receiving a service.
No Extra Guests
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no additional guests are permitted during your appointment.
Additional Services
Services not included in your original booking may be accommodated if time allows. Additional charges will apply based on the service requested.
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with your hair free of excessive buildup whenever possible. If additional cleansing is required, an additional service fee may apply.
Respectful Environment
Crowned by Des reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client displays disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior. Our goal is to provide every guest with a peaceful luxury experience.

By booking an appointment with Crowned by Des, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all booking policies listed above.
